University of Sheffield Accommodation Replacement

I am looking to move out of student accommodation due to personal and family reasons, and so need someone who would be able to take over my contract as soon as possible. The listing is for room 4 of 1/6, a single bed en-suite room, at the university's rates. It’s a 30 minute walk from the main campus, and has regular buses going in all directions.
The flatmates and accommodation are both lovely, I’m sorry to be leaving so soon
