Single dad with 2 grown up sons, the youngest (18) just moved out for uni so renting his king-size room out, it's away from the other bedrooms so feels secluded. My eldest son (22) just moved back temporarily but he's staying in the guest room. Been living with my sons so long would be nice to have a female lodger to balance energies out, but open to all.

Bedroom catches sun in the morning (when it's not cloudy) so much you can lie down fully & sun bathe in the bay window while being out of sight from the street.

20 mins walk to peak district, 15 mins walk to Endcliffe park. 120/83 bus stop 50m from door. 21 min bus / 14 min cycle ride to city centre.

Shared kitchen with washer dryer, oven, air fryer, microwave combi oven, coffee grinder.

Shared living room, big TV, 4 recliners, expandable driving table.

Shared bathroom with bath and decent shower.

The flat is old, basic, and very lived in so viewing essential.

I'm reasonably active, cook regularly, sometimes bake, like to socialise, go to festivals when I can (both party and conscious sober ones), and enjoy binging good quality shows. I work from home part-time. I've had careers in IT, filmmaking, journalism, sales, and like to do comedy on the side so I have lots to talk about if anyone's interested.
