The Room:
Good sized bedroom. One room has en suite, so bathroom facilities only shared with one other (thoroughly house-trained) person. Window & skylight, modern bed (in cosy low-ceilinged corner), wardrobe, drawers & bookcase.

The Flat:
Top floor flat of a huge detached Victorian house on Riverdale Road (plenty of car space on driveway). Lots of character throughout flat – skylights everywhere, very high ceilings, wooden floors & stainless steel fittings.
Living area comprises large open kitchen with breakfast bar, and sofa/seating area with large flatscreen TV (42” I think). All mod cons in kitchen (nicely hidden away, but there! - washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave). 20Mb wireless broadband available throughout flat.
All very clean, warm, dry, and well maintained. No mould, leaks, or hidden problems anywhere (If you do find anything, the landlord’s always straight on the case).

The People:
The best bit, of course. Friendly young(ish) professionals (1 male, 1 female) looking for someone similar. Mid-20’s up preferred (someone who - however vaguely - can at least remember the 80’s). Like good music & film (well one of us anyway), pretty sociable; enjoy the occasional beer. As mentioned landlords are sound – direct let, so no agencies involved.

The Location:
At the Endcliffe Vale Road end of Riverdale Road, approx. 2 minutes from Endcliffe Park. Nicely situated between Hunter’s Bar and Broomhill (10 mins to either) – just far enough out for peace & quiet, but close enough for everything to be conveniently accessible. The Botanical Gardens are a similar distance (probably nearer), and there’s plenty of options for public transport depending where you’re going – the nearest being about a minute from the flat.
