single room, very small, to let, in spacious flat very close to great countryside but just across the road from bus stop to city centre, uni and hospitals, all on direct route.

We are easy going, tidy.. ish ,but not obsessively!, good sense of humour and sociable. Interests are varied ,love the outdoors, including countryside and coastal path walking. music. If you need a cheap ,small room, in good area, with shared facilities ,this would be great.
