Double room for rent

I’m looking to rent a room in my 3 bedroom house, the house is in Goldthorpe on a new estate which is quite.
The property is located close to rail and motorway network.
All bills would be included and the property also has WiFi and Netflix. The house is tidy and has a large back garden and parking.
I’m a firefighter so work shifts and am out and about most days, I’m a chilled person and easy going. I do have a little dog that I share so she is at the house sometimes.

I’m looking for someone tidy and easy to get along with, don’t want anyone that is into partying or drugs, smokers are okay aslong as this is done outside (vaping inside is fine)

I haven’t got any preference on gender or age, aslong as your respectful to the house and we get on I’m happy👍
