Looking for a friendly Roommate

I live in a one bed flat with the living room turned into a studio flat style of room with a single bed. I tend to stay in my bedroom but would be open to letting out the living room. My support workers would need access to the spare room as it leads to the kitchen as would I. I have one cat and another pet is allowed at the property. There’s a balcony for smoking, with netting to prevent pets escaping. It’s also directly accessible from the studio
