Double Room In Large House In Greenhill

I am looking for a female housemate to rent my spare room: it is a good size double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables, and recently redecorated. The house is semi-detached, with a large kitchen, living/dining room, sun room and utility with washer and dryer, and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs is a shared shower room and separate toilet. I also have an office which I am happy to share.

I have a chinchilla who lives in a cage and loves raisins. I am happy to have a lodger who has their own pet.

I am a teacher, so spend many hours working in an evening but also enjoy, reading, walking, cinema and relaxing with a gin & tonic.
