2 garden facing Double rooms in a residential area

Hi! Looking to rent Two of the Double rooms in my 3 Bed semi detached house located at Handsworth, Sheffield. It is located a minute drive from the Parkway behind the Asda Handsworth. The Costa coffee, Mc Donalds KFC Aldi are right besides.
Provided fully furnished, the first Double room overlooks the rear garden and is right next to the Family bathroom on first floor. The second (Master) Double bedroom is right besides it and it overlooks the front garden. Besides these is my third bedroom-used minimally and kept locked.
The Lounge and the kitchen with Dining area is again Fully furnished with all necessary appliances- washer dryer, double door fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. There is a downstairs WC as well.
There is also a Front and rear garden and a shared driveway and ample off road parking.
I can have fortnightly to monthly cleaning done(charges extra).
I work as a Doctor (Live out Landlord) and am looking for professionals preferably. Given the house has been fully refurbished recently, it is dear to me and I take every effort to maintain it well. I’ll appreciate the housemate/s to be someone who is clean and neat and treats it as their own home.
I visit infrequently and try my best to keep minimal interference.
Bills are included.
I can accept couples (no kids)-rent negotiable, no pets, no late evening parties/loud music, no longterm visitors.
