Large, furnished room with access to own bathroom

Large, furnished double bedroom in a three storey townhouse. I am a live in landlord and have the top floor with my own bathroom. The house is modern and split over three floors, so this room has access to it’s own bathroom with bath and power shower, as well as a guest room and office that I don’t currently use. Offered furnished, there is space for other furniture but it has a chest of drawers and two bedside tables; there is a free wardrobe in the room next door which would be available. Parking is available and I have a garage for storage. The estate is very nice with pleasant neighbours and the garden has been landscaped. I work in the property industry and there is a fully fitted kitchen, as well as a large, open plan living room and super fast WiFi. Please ask if you have any questions and I would be happy to help. Short term or weekday lets would be fine. I haven’t let a room before but I am sociable and I would (hope) easy to get along with. The room also has air conditioning fitted and I have a cleaner once per month. Bills included (gas, electric, water and broadband) except for council tax. Ask if you have any questions - the house is 5 minutes away from the M1, Aldi and Asda and the local pub are walkable, as is the bus stop that goes directly to the station or city centre.
