Hi, I'm looking for one house mate who enjoys living in warm, comfortable surroundings. The area is quiet with all local amenities a minute away. There are two reception rooms, large dining kitchen. There is a good sized enclosed garden which is lawned.
The ensuite is newly furnished and decorated. Ideally, this would suit someone who is happy to have company(but also enjoy their own company!) and live in a large house. To have your own transport is an advantage but not essential. I am happy to negotiate rent for Mon-Fri let only.
