Large attic available

Hi,

I have a large attic room available shortly. I'll add pics of the room very soon. Furniture includes, the bed, wardrobe, chest of draws. The room is very bright and airy due to the double dorma windows. Great for plant growing and has recently been painted.

I currently share the house with my other house mates, one is moving out of a small double room but hasn't found anywhere yet and I move out of the large double room once I have found someone who my other house mate is happy to live with. I'll be going to newzealand for approx a year, I am likely to not want the large attic on my return so this tenancy can run for longer. There is a ground floor cella with access from the garden which is a safe place if you have your own bike.

The house vibe is very communal, chats and food together if you wish. At the moment we are all in and out doing a range of social and outdoor activities. Usually have cosy nights in woth the woodburner crafts, reading and use the projector to have film nights.

Unsure about couples tenant this would depend and cost would reflect. Could consider.

I don't ask for a deposit just that you're respectful and let me know if you have a disaster
