Cosy Green Home

A lovely double attic room is available in my home, a mid terrace house in Meersbrook. I live with my fluffy ginger cat.
I work part-time away from home, part time at home. I have an office at home.
There is a sunny, friendly, communal yard with the rest of the terrace and a private back garden with a lawn and lots of trees & nature.
I tread lightly & considerately on the planet. It's important that my lodger is of a similar mind.
The house is tucked away in a quiet spot, at the bottom end of Meersbrook Park. Local cafes are great. It's a friendly and accepting neighbourhood & I'm lucky with my neighbours.
Bus routes are 5 mins walk away on Chesterfield Road.
You'll be sharing the kitchen, living room, bathroom, garden and summer-sunny yard with me.
Kitchen has a good table to sit around, have friends round for supper or share the occasional cuppa at and the living room is cosy.
Food wise. I eat vegetarian with some fish. My preference is for organic and whole foods.
I'm looking for an easy going, confident lodger who works away from home, most of the time.
I've had lodgers for the past 3 years.
Oh, I have internet, but no TV.
