Sunny room in the heart of Heeley/Meersbrook

I have a lovely light room to let, in a two bedroomed semi-detached house. There's a sunny patio and garden which is a work in progress. It's right on the edge of Heeley/Meersbrook, with a nice park on the doorstep and a short stroll from Heeley City Farm, The Brothers' Arms, Lidl, Create Coffee, Tramshed etc.

I'm the only other person in the house: I work full time alongside studying for exams as I'm training to be an accountant. I'm a musician in my spare time - I sing, play, write and gig when I can. I'm often out dancing, getting out into nature for a wild swim or a walk, gardening, cooking and eating good food. Currently I play a lot of tennis as I'm trying to learn!

Other details:
The room has an oak king sized bed and some clothes storage. The house is council tax band A.

I'm pescetarian and would love to find a lodger who eats broadly similarly but I'm open to considering someone who eats meat if we can get on well and find a way to make it work!
