Why live with us ? Our house comes with a live-in affectionate dog- with bags of character! She's perfect for a hangover hug or a sunbathe in the garden with.

About the share: I'm the live in homeowner, I love to cook- half italian and vegetarian, take my dog for adventures in the woods and spend a lot of the week in the gym, writing or getting into a new box set, on the weekend I like a music night or a bar session, meal or girls night out.
The other room I rent goes to Rich, a physio, a fellow vegetarian and a kind and considerate guy, also partial to a pub night or cook in.

living room is yours to share too, I have sky (box sets included) and Netflix for us to enjoy and have carefully broke down all bills to make sure the rent is more than fair and you get everything you should included- which means: Council Tax and Broadband and Netflix and a Freeview new flat screen TV downstairs.
Meersbrook is a local area with lots of character and arguably one of the best chippies in Sheffield!! I have made lots of friends and the park is beautiful for sun bathing and not doing much in. It is a 15 minute cycle to town/station(I used to commute) there is an outhouse in my garden to store a bike and Virgin Gym and Lidl Supermarket is a couple of minutes away- as well as only being 5 minutes from up and coming trendy antique, vintage shopping area and restaurant full- Abbeydale road and leafy, peaceful Netheredge.
