Single Room In Friendly House, Meersbrook

I have a single room available coming available on the first of June, which overlooks the garden.
The house is a 3 bed terrace with a small garden and an off-shot kitchen.

There will be two other tenants. One is Emma who is a kean rock climber who lived in Scotland. The other is Charlotte who also enjoys the outdoors. Both are very considerate and friendly.

There is on-street parking but no drive, and the busses along Chesterfield road are very regular.
