Hi. I am Laura, a 39 year old charity worker who enjoys gigs, theatre, films, pubs, walking, the Peaks, and having a nice place to come home to at the end of the day.
I have a large double room to rent Monday-Friday only. I'm looking for someone friendly and calm to share with.
I like sharing with people who can be sociable but also enjoy their own space.
The house is well maintained and close to plenty of shops, the great Heeley pubs, lovely parks and the city farm. It's within easy walking distance of Abbeydale and London Road and on a good bus route or 30 minutes walk into the city centre.
There's a nice big kitchen, light/spacious rooms, a cosy lounge with a wood burner, plenty of on-street parking, and a sunny little garden with lovely neighbours.
The price is £275 per month including all bills (Monday-Friday only).
