Room to rent in Meersbrook

Hi

I’ve recently moved into my lovely little house in Meersbrook and I’m looking for someone to share it with me. The house is on a quiet, tree lined road close to the park and local shops. There’s a living room/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a small garden.

The room to rent is newly decorated and has a small double (3/4) bed. There’s a bedside table and a wardrobe.

I’m an easy going 27 year old and I work full time. I live a pretty quiet life during the week but still enjoy a night out or few drinks with friends at the weekend. I’m ideally looking for someone around my age who’s looking for a quiet place to live.
I’ve lived in house shares before and I’m missing mid-week company and spontaneous pub trips and wine drinking!

I’m initially looking for someone for 6 months, but this could be extended.
