The house is located in Hoyland so excellent connections via M1 for Wakefield, Rotherham and Sheffield, also on the bus route to Barnsley, and walking distance to Elsecar train station

1 Double room available in a shared house. 2 living rooms, shared kitchen and bathroom that has a bath and over shower.

Full use of all facilities: pots and pans cooker crockery, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer to add a few

I am a proffessional who works full time, I am laid back and sociable but appreciate that some people might prefer their own space. The only real rules are to tidy up after yourself (within reason) :) no illicit drugs in the house and respect for others.

The house has Sky and an extra Q box, as well as WiFi

There are 2 friendly dogs who love people so if you have a friendly pooch of your own you would be welcome if the fit is right.
