A bright and spacious double room is available in my welcoming terraced house (Tax Band A), set in a pleasant area with fantastic walking routes and nearby heritage sites. There are also plenty of local pubs and even a microbrewery within easy reach, making it a great place to live.
The house is just 3 minutes’ walk from the train station with direct access to Leeds and Sheffield. The town centre is only 3 minutes away, offering excellent amenities, cafés, and shops. A leisure centre is within a 15-minute walk, and a large Tesco around 12 minutes walk.
Inside, the property benefits from a newly fitted bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space. While there isn’t a garden, there is a pleasant outdoor seating area to enjoy. On-street parking is available, and WiFi is included.
The double room is spacious, light, and well-kept – an ideal home base for someone who values comfort and convenience.
I travel regularly and may only be at the property 2–3 nights a week, which makes this setup perfect for someone with unsociable working hours or who values extra privacy.
I’m looking for someone who would like to let the room on a longer-term basis. You’ll have plenty of freedom with the house, but I ask that you are considerate and help keep the home in good condition.
Please note: pets cannot be accommodated, as I may have my own dog with me on the nights I stay. For this reason, it’s important that you are comfortable living with a dog occasionally in the house.
