There is gas central heating, space for 4 cars to park on the driveway and space in the garage for storage. Bedding can be supplied on request. The rent includes all bills, i. e. gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV and broadband, and insurance. There will also be access to communal items that will be replenished as required, i. e. biscuits, washing powder, toilet roll, cleaning products.
The back garden is south facing and is beautiful to sit out for BBQS, meals, or a glass of wine. The property is located in a quiet residential street and is 5 minutes walk away from the local train station and bus stops. The M18 is only 5 minutes drive away.
I am looking for someone to enjoy a peaceful life in this suburban home.
