Double to rent in a 3 storey 4 bedroom house.

The house was built in 2009 therefore everything is modern.

We do like to keep the house clean and tidy out of respect for the other people living in the house so we would expect the same from you.

The room is of ample size that currently fits a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Also your room has a sky box with the majority of channels expect movies and sports which is also included in the price.

You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with everyone in the house.

You will be sharing the bathroom with everyone on the middle floor.
