The house has free broadband, garden and decking area. On street parking is available and all bills are included.

I maintain a clean, tidy, homely house and have let the room successfully twice since 2009. I am a 30 year old working professional who is sociable, easy to get along with and I'm looking for a working professional with similar qualities.
