I have a single room (although could accommodate a double bed) available to rent at £350 pcm, inclusive of bills.
The bedroom has a built-in single full height storage cupboard but is otherwise unfurnished. You will have access to wifi as well as secure off-street parking if needed.

The house is situated in a quiet area with good transport links.

I am a full time student commuting to university and working weekends, and am looking for a long term professional tenant or student.
