House share to let

I am looking for someone to house share that offers a double bed room, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a small garden and seating area. There is off road parking, also on main bus routes and train station is a 10 min walk . And 10 min walk into town.
Although house share you would have the house to yourself 90 per cent of the time. I would consider pets. The cost is to include all bills.
