Hi my name laura I’m 29 years old, I live in my recently refurbished 3 bed terraced house in nether edge with a lodger. I am looking to find someone to rent one of my rooms for 350 a month the room is furnished. The house is in very good condition their is a living room and dinning room and the bathroom as shared space their is a small garden at the back of the house. The house is a mile away from the city Centre and is located very conveniently to all the amenities on abbeydale road including bus stops. I am looking for a house mate who are responsible tenant and easy going to live with. The rent includes bills and WiFi. There is on street parking if you drive.
