One bedroom to rent in Nether Edge 3 Bed

Large doiuble room facing the lovely Wath Road. House has a dining area, living room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower in that bath type situation and three bedrooms. A little garden too and super sound neighbours.

I’m a creative, playful character, a writer and a workshop facilitator by profession and a gigging musician also. The other housemate is also a musician and a very fun, calm soul :)

I’m looking for other like minded people that don't take life too seriously and are respectful and clean. I am in a few bands (we dont rehearse at the house) so will sing in my room occasionally but dont worry it’s not loads and the loft room is quite sound proof.

It would be nice if we met up for a walk or something to see if we click also! Be great to have you look round and see what you think.
