Hey, so i'm moving to Manchester and looking for someone to take over my contract. The house is an end terrace, just off abbeydale road, near all the cool bars, eateries and shops of Nether Edge.
The house is great, spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom for two people. The room you would have is the attic room, which is large and very unique. In addition, there is a room joined to it that can be used as a storage room/extra wardrobe space.
The other housemate is great who is on the other side of the house so you can't hear anything and still have a lot of privacy and space.
Would definitely recommend a viewing to get to know the other housemate, who is a great friend and a wonderful housemate and to see how spacious and charming this house is, in a great location. Only reason why i'm leaving is because i'm going to University in Manchester.
