Large Room Available in Netheredge

Large room available in a spacious and cosy house, in a great location near the city centre. The house is a 15 min walk away from a Lidl, is surrounded by loads of lovely cafes and charity shops and is really close to the climbing works. The house share will be with two other people, currently two friendly young professional males Guy and Alex who mainly work from home.

The bedroom comes with the bed, wardrobe, bedside table, rocking chair, chest of drawers, dressing table, chest, and the small table with star lamp on (the bookcase and the red storage containers are the only furniture not included). The room is spacious enough for a desk if needed. The house has both a bath and shower, two fridges and a large kitchen with a dining table.

In the back is also a garden where we are currently growing vegetables and wildflowers.

We have a cleaner Zoe who comes twice a month, which costs £10 (not included in rent).
