Beautiful double room in fab location w garden

Hi there,

We have a great double room available to rent. In the pictures you can see how lovely it is! Wooden floor, beautifully decorated, book shelf, table/ desk, wardrobe, double bed, and whatever else you might need.
We have restored our one hundred year old 5 bedroom house recently, enhanced its old character and modernized it at the same time. The house is big, beautiful and tasteful. The kitchen is modern and of course fully equipped and yours to use whenever. You’d be sharing the shower room and bathroom with us. Luckily we’re very clean and tidy :) We would take £550 per month, bills included.

Our house is south-west of the city centre. In the great location of Nether Edge. Quite hip(py) and gentrified. Restaurants, bars, pubs, shops offering produce from all over the world. Our road is very quiet. Lots of bird song in the garden. A fox now and then. 10 min bus ride to town, 20 min bus ride to the Peak District. 30 min walking to the main campus of Sheff University, faster by bike. 15 mins direct bus to Hallam Uni main campus.

We are a family of four.
Two adults, two teenagers. More on us when we get introduced.

We have a cat. A sociable cat.

We would love additional company, someone to have a cup of tea/ glass of wine with. Someone to share our super healthy vegan dinners with. - we are a vegan household, and would prefer it, if you were vegan/ veggie yourself. We would respect your time to yourself, and hope for vice versa.

We would want our lodger to be clean and tidy. Respectful to the neighbours.

You’d be welcome to join me/ us for days out now and then, countryside/ seaside, if you like and if it suits.
There are so many beautiful places around here!!!
