We have a sunny first floor single bedroom coming available just before Christmas in well managed friendly shared professional house located on Carterknowle Road.

The house location has very easy access to the City Centre, hospitals, universities etc. and also very close to the Peak District and several large supermarkets and good local shops. The other tenants say they "are a friendly outgoing bunch aged between 25 and 32. Currently have 5 guys and are looking for one person to join the house and we are happy for male or female to join us in our lovely home".

We love cooking, climbing, walking in the Peaks climbing, wild swimming, music and arts. We share a patio/yard with our neighbours who are a similar mix of people and we all get on well and regularly hang out at the weekends/through the week".

The house has a large bay windowed sitting room, a well equipped kitchen with a great breakfast bar arrangement which makes a great social space too, a cellar utility room with a washer, a dryer and a chest freezer, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet.

Outside the house shares a yard space with the neighbouring house which has become a nice social meeting place too.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills.

We have cleaners who visit the house every month.
