We are looking to rent our spare room March - July on the top floor of our 4-bed home on a quiet, leafy street in Nether Edge. We are very close to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Nether Edge Road and Abbeydale Road.
The room will suit someone who is comfortable sharing a house with a young family. Our daughter is good natured and sociable.
The room is on the top floor of the house. As we both work from home, we are ideally looking for someone who works out of the house. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
We are an easy-going family who like to spend time in the outdoors whenever we can.
