Lovely flat

Hi everyone,

I'm going away on a van trip and looking to sublet my flat for the period May-July/August/September, and can be flexible with the times

It's a lovely south-facing first floor flat in a quiet and green area of Nether Edge.

It has got
a large bedroom plus walk-in wardrobe
kitchen
bathroom
living room plus balcony
and an extra room for storage/stuff

I'd leave everything in there, so the flat has got a full kitchen, work area (with a standing desk), sheets etc.

I only have an elderly couple as neighbours living downstairs so ideally looking for someone quiet and considerate.
