The Barker's Spare Room

Roomy space in a large victorian end terrace, three storeys high. The room is on the first floor
I live with my teenage boys and we have two cats. Generally it's very quiet.
I have a double room available, with access to your own toilet and a shared family bathroom with large bath and seperate shower.
The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, set of draws, chair, lamp and a TV that can work off a HDMI link that can work off the wifi. (It is not connected to channels). The view out of the window is back of the house so very green. Anything you don't want can be removed.
There is a large kitchen diner and you will have your own storage space and shelf in the fridge and freezer, as well as access to the oven, toaster, kettle, airfryer etc.
I'm a teacher, occasionally I have to work in the kitchen in the evening but it's very roomy. I usually feed my family around 6pm so it'll be free for you to use before or after that.
We also have a lovely tiered garden with different areas to relax on sunny days.
It's on street parking, there is a bus route into town at the bottom of the road, 15 min journey. Cab fare into town around £6+. Buses 97, 98 into town.
The area is very nice, with bars and restaurants close by and access to large supermarkets and smaller food shops within 5 min drive or 15 minute walk.
