Large Double Bedroom In Very Spacious House

Hello, we are two young professionals living in a large 5-bed house, looking for a third person to split the rent with. We have a vacant room with a double bed (see picture), but besides this the house also has dedicated living room, dining room and kitchen, plus two other spare bedrooms, so there is lots of communal space!

Our house is in an excellent location within the green, peaceful neighbourhood of Nether Edge and is within walking distance of both Ecclesall Road and Abbeydale Road. Within a 5-minute walk are a Sainsbury's and some other local shops/cafes, as well as Brincliffe Wood Park and a bus stop with buses to Sheffield Station.

We are open to applications from anyone, the only requirement is that you don't make the kitchen messy! We are (somewhat) musical, so if you are the same then that's a bonus!
