I am moving out of this lovely room in a big house in Nether Edge. You will be living with 3 other housemates who are all very friendly. It’s a relaxed and chill environment where we socialise together but also respect each others spaces.

The house is situated at the end of a cul de sac, so the area is very quiet.

Looking for someone laid back and tidy to move in.

Rent is £337 per month.

Bills (gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi and council tax) are split between the 4 tenants and are approximately £90 per person per month.
