I am looking for a relatively short term (up to 6 months) housemate to join a clean, quiet house recently done up with log burner, new carpets, etc.
The double room is set up for WFH with a large desk and has a clothes airer and under-stair storage.
The bathroom is shared with one person currently but will be private for 3-4 months while I am away travelling.
Located in beautiful Nether Edge just up from Abbeydale road, with a 20 min walk to town and 15 to Ecclesall road.
Current residents are two professionals (f) and Noodle the cat.
