Double Bedroom in Friendly Houseshare (NetherEdge)

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement one month early.

It is the largest room of the house (furnished) located on the ground floor (kind of) with lots of natural light. I am quite sad to be leaving to be honest. The only reason I'm leaving the houseshare is because my partner and I decided to move in together.

The rest of the houseshare is 4 more rooms filled by the loveliest people! I will definitely continue to be friends with them after I move out. Everyone is a young professional. There are 3 bathrooms so you'll tend to share with one other person but should one be taken it's totally chill to use the others so I haven't had any issues since I've moved here.
Then the downstairs is the living, dining, kitchen area all in one big open space. It's honestly awesome and very social. I'm going to miss it. You get plenty of storage space and everyone shares kitchen stuff.
There's also a washing machine and dryer in a seperate room.

The actual building comprises of 3 apartments and everyone shares the back garden which is ginormous. We have had cosy marshmellow toasting sessions round a fire, bbqs, and fireworks nights. It feels like a little community, hope they keep inviting me back in the future haha. Everyone organises stuff so there's always something to get involved in!
It's in a lovely area with nice architecture all around, lots of trees and close to parks, shops and pubs. Just up from Eccy road and Sharrow area.

The details are:
• £640 a month including internet and council tax,
• Bills are sorted by Jonty (one of the housemates) and you just send your portion at the start of each month. My payments so far haven't been over £50.
• 6 months minimum contract (after finishing my 1 month) then rolling contract.
• Move in date 15th December.
