Lovely Quiet Modern Flat in Nether Edge

I am looking for someone to join the current contract I have on this amazing flat and become my new flatmate! Tenancy is running until the end of 01/2026 but will consider 6-12 months rental and you would need to be written in to the contract I have with Leaders Ltd by replacing the current flat mate.

Location is amazing, in the beautiful area of Nether Edge, Sheffield on a really nice open and quiet road. Close to shops, bus links and easy access to the city and Peak district. The flat is situated in a block, at the back so away from the road making it a sun trap and super quiet. Private parking at the address available and we have a large outdoor terrace all to ourselves which is ideal for the summer and outdoor storage. Neighbours are friendly and there is just a great feeling to this place.

The room is the smaller of the two in the flat but enough space for a double, bedside table and some storage space. You will have access to the walk in wardrobe in my room for further storage. I can help provide further furniture as well if required. Rent is split unevenly in respect to the size of the rooms as I have the bigger master. The rest of the flat including kitchen, living room and bathroom is shared and is fully furnished with my belongings. If you would like to bring anything in terms of larger items or furniture we can come to an arrangement.

Rent is inclusive of council tax but bills not included. We would need to split WiFi, water and energy on top of this, which is usually under £100 each, but of course fluctuates with the seasons.

I am an engineer by trade but currently working for Trek Bicycles in Fox Valley. I love the outdoors, cycling, climbing, coffee and love to cook. I live a very active lifestyle and like to have a very clean and tidy flat, I would need someone to be of similar tidiness and respect a tidy household. It's great to have such a relaxing space at home so would want to share that with someone of similar mindset! Not looking for someone who goes out a lot, drinks heavily or wants to have flat parties. This is the place I relax and feel zen after long weeks at work and riding my bike. Sorry, no couples or pets.
