A great opportunity for a couple or two friends looking for a short-term let in the Netheredge area of Sheffield - £500pm (per person - bills included). The rooms available are 2 Double attic bedrooms, one of which can be used as an office or spare room (for couples), plus a bathroom, kitchen, living room and small backyard.

I own the property but live in London, and am looking to sell next year, so I am ideally looking for people who want a short-term let between 1 to 6 months, I will occasionally come back to the property when I am in Sheffield as I have a room there where I store some of my stuff, but I will always let people know in advance when I am popping in.

I am looking to rent the rooms out as soon as possible.

Local amenities include the Forge Bakehouse, Abbeydale Picture House, Gyms, Tesco Express and the Broadfield Tavern.

I am easy going, and my only requirement is that people are clean and tidy. I have no problem with people inviting friends over or having people over to stay.
