WHAT THE OTHER TENANTS SAY - Hi, we are a relaxed group of 3 (2 girls and 1 guy) looking for a person to join us., Alll aged between mid 20's to early 30's. We are all quite creative and musical (we have a piano and drum set in the house!) and our hobbies and interests include films, nature, exploring Sheffield, going to local festivals, cooking, art, and much more besides that. We have a bit of mix of jobs, some of us work in charities, as carers, etc - there lots of variety. We would love to meet someone laid back, sociable, has a sense of humour, is active and musical.
LOCATION - Located on Carterknowle Road, just up from Abbeydale Road. Unrestricted road side parking available. Nice safe tree lined residential area close to good local amenities including shops, parks, pubs, 3 large supermarkets, gyms etc.
ACCESS - Excellent bus links to Sheffield City Centre, University of Sheffield, and Sheffield Hallam University and and also the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Weston Park Hospital and Jessop Hospital which are also a very easy bike ride or walk away. There is very easy access to the Peak District. There is a covered bike shelter.
THE HOUSE - is a very spacious well managed 6 bedroom shared professional house with gas central heating. (plus additional electric thermostatic heaters in each room). There is a large bay windowed sitting room with a leather suite, TV etc,, an excellent sized well fitted kitchen with lots of cupboard space, a very large fridge, ceramic hob cooker adjacent to a good sized dining room. There is a large cellar utility room with a washer and dryer and large chest freezer and great general storage area, gym equipment etc and currently a bit of a music/drum kit room. There are 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet. The house has good wifi throughout. Outside we share a yard with the next door house which is very much like our own and there is also a large bike shelter. We have given the house our own personal touch too.
PARKING - Free unrestricted roadside parking.
RENT - £530 pcm inclusive of all bills including broadband. and gas central heating.
OTHER TENANTS - are all friendly, sensible, clean and tidy young professionals in their 20/30's - 1guy and 2 girls. (Two further rooms coming free after xmas when will be looking for two more tenants) We are also more than happy to have mature students/PhD's as well as professional tenants. Age range 22 - 36
GENERAL - I try hard to match up the right people to ensure a happy household. Non smokers only ( no smoking in the house), no tenants on benefits, no pets (occasional fish or hamster allowed!). The neighbouring house is very similar to this one and there is a nice friendship between the two households particularly in the summer months when they enjoy the shared back yard space the tenants have very much made their own for BBq's etc. Cleaners clean the common parts of the house each month.
MINIMUM 6 MONTH TENANCY TERM
