The room has blackout blinds, a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The apartment is of great quality, with a large hallway, kitchen, utility room and upstairs lounge area reached by spiral staircase. The kitchen has lots of storage space, a large fridge-freezer and gas hobs. Hot water is by combi-boiler.

The house is warm and quiet. Internet and council tax bills are included in the rent.
