Furnished double in shared house in Sharrow

We have recently moved in and looking for a third housemate to join us. Room is decent size, 3x3.5m, furnished. Bills not included, not astronomical - we’ve yet to gauge winter costs and so can’t give exact figure.

We’re still in process of getting the house shipshape, so living room and kitchen will look a tiny bit different soon. We maintain the house well, keeping the space nice for each other and have a weekly cleaning rota. Communal spaces are on feng shui side, simple prettiness, practical, clutter free & clean, aiming for optimal energy. Back yard catches sun midday to early afternoon, yet to be sorted with chairs etc..
Windows are double glazed, there is a cellar with some storage space, an outhouse shed which I plan to sort soon, to store bikes and outside stuff in. Broadband is fast and reliable, kitchen well equipped. Street parking - a bit competitive but I never yes had to park more than 100m from home.
Neighbours are great, one an exuberant hippy, the other a plant/ gardening lover, We have a street WhatsApp group, so it’s refreshingly interactive, with peeps looking out for each other.
A little about us - I’m on the neurospicy side, I have a curious mind, always researching one thing or another, acute love of beauty, harmony and nature. I play the piano - don’t worry, I use headphones when practicing. I love travel, outdoor sports (climbing hiking etc) and kung fu. I work away a lot and plan to travel again, so you may not see me very often.
Caitlin is a lovely, bubbly girl who loves Dungeons & Dragons, works in engineering, but has archeology degree, she loves debates, can drink way more than me (I call her either “Shorty” or “Cider Fairy”.) She mostly works from home and also studies towards Eng. qual.
We don’t eat much meat, so if you’re a veggie, we can easily dedicate cookware for your needs.
What housemate do we need? Someone chilled but fun, considerate and clean, who would fit in an ambivert fam, dreamers, adventurists or geeks are most welcome ;))). Although we don’t tend to do wild parties anymore, dinner parties, bbq’s, gatherings etc are awesome - I’m upcycling a table which extends for 6 peeps. Because we are 2 girls, it may be nice to get another girl, by boys are also welcome if they are comfy with girl vibe. Smoking is ok outside. Alas, bikes can only be stored outside, the outhouse is brick and we can create secure space.
It won’t be your thing, if you like clutter, very warm rooms as we’re on the cool side, or allergic to cats - having them hanging about is unavoidable, but at least we won’t get mice :).
