Looking for a friendly tenant to take my room in this comfortable and functional house from August 2025 till August 2026. The current house mates are both sociable and considerate. We have an excellent house dynamic and regularly spend time together doing things such as climbing, hiking and playing board games as well as cooking communally. It would be amazing to find someone sociable and adventurous who wanted to be an active part of this household.
The house has a garden, living room, dining room, shared bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed, bed side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a massive cupboard which is excellent for storage.
The location is great, close to abbeydale road conveniences, Lidl, not far from town or the Peak District.
