The price includes a newly refurbished double bedroom plus a tranquil workspace/lounge. You will be sharing a bathroom, a large kitchen-diner, lounge, downstairs cloakroom, garden and balcony. Off-street parking is also available.
All bills are fully included. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who works outside the home for the majority of their working hours but can be flexible for the right person. I share my home with 2 friendly cats.
It's located close to friendly and popular Nether Edge Village- a brilliant place to live - located close to transport links to the city and there are lots of local cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
