Creative home seeks a lovely new housemate!🌟

We have one room available in a lovely quite street in the heart of Nether Edge.

About the room- Available from the 1st November, ( could be abit earlier if needed) A bright, cosy double bedroom in the attic with a skylight window and a beautiful view! This room has a chest of drawers and a built in rail wardrobe which has recently been repainted white but you can decorate as you wish! £ 310 and the bills comes around £130.
The house has a lovely large living room, dining room and a kitchen with a large bathroom fitted with a standing bath and separate shower which is shared between 3 people. We also have a nice garden overlooking the bowlers green and very nice neighbours! We have just had the house redecorated and are currently waiting for carpets and a new kitchen to be fitted!

Azaria
Work - I’m currently working part-time in an art shop, running creative workshops and a small upcycling biz on the side. I work for The Sheffield Children’s Hospital as an Art Programmer – so art is a big part of my life☺️

Passions
Other than Art, I enjoying reading, going out in nature, socialising and enjoying time to myself. I’d love to go to more gigs and explore Sheffield more!

Our home

Our home is a calm, clean, and creative space – perfect for quiet souls who appreciate a bit of colour, conversation, and the occasional film night. We all do our bit to keep shared areas lovely and enjoy using them together.

We’re in a great spot: just a short walk or cycle into town, Abbeydale Road, and Ecclesall Road. Great for grabbing a coffee, popping to a gallery, or exploring Sheffield’s independent scene.

Caty

Hey, I'm Caty! I'm 25, and I'm currently working as a sewing machist, making outdoor equipment in Nottingham. In my spare time, I love going out to the peaks where you'll find me trail running, cycling, or wild swimming. When I'm not outdoors, I love to cook and spend time with friends, I'm pretty sociable and always up for new adventures :)

What I love about the house - practically the area is great, I can walk in to town to in 30 mins (and it’s a really nice walk) or cycle in under 10 mins (we all have bikes). It’s a great atmosphere, we tend to help each other, we have a nice mix of it being chill but also everyone naturally doing their share of keeping the place clean and functional. It’s quite an artistic house and we are surrounded by plants, art and people making beautiful things, be that flowers, clothes, paintings or decorations!

Daniela

I work for a Sheffield charity supporting the NHS. When I’m not at work or with colleagues, you’ll find me in charity shops, walking in parks/Peak District, or doing some sort of diy around the house.

A female, aged 27–40, who enjoys a peaceful lifestyle with a creative edge. Someone who’s respectful, friendly, and maybe even up for the odd boogie now and then.
Please note that the room is actually £310 but spare room doesn’t let you submit anything lower than the deposit. This is because one of the tenants has an en-suite.
