Double Attic Room, Housemate Wanted

Friendly, easy-going housemate wanted to take my current housemate's place in the attic room as they are moving out at the beginning of September. To note, I am not yet fully decided whether I will be staying for more than a short-term period which would mean you finding someone else to take my place but this won't be until January 2026 at the earliest.

The house is furnished however most of the furniture in the attic will be going with my current housemate so would need to be replaced, you would be free to redecorate the rest of the house as you see fit The bathroom has a bath and attached shower, the modern kitchen adjoins to a dining room with a separate living room. I sleep in the first floor bedroom and there is another small spare bedroom on the first floor. There is a small back courtyard / garden shared with the house next door who are very nice and a small patio at the front which is gated.

The house is situated in a great area around the corner from Mount Pleasant Park. It is only a couple of minutes walk to both London Road and Abbeydale Road and there is a Tesco extremely close by.

All amenities will be included for free, including a microwave, slow cooker, kettle, washing machine / drying rack, toaster, ironing board, hoover, dining table, large TV, two-person sofa and reclining armchair.

I am a 27-year old professional working on a hybrid basis so will be working from home some of the time. I'm laid-back and open minded so I would consider anyone with no preference on specific categories.

I need someone to go 50/50 with me on the bills which has amounted on average from £100 - £150 each p/m, consisting of gas/electric, water, wi-fi and council tax.
