Double room in lovely Nether Edge Home

Looking for a housemate for a minimum 1 year tenancy in a gorgeous house in the heart of Nether Edge, within a really nice local community.

It is super close to Abbeydale road, and within walking/cycling distance to the hospitals, train station and city centre.

I am a 30 year old Occupational Therapist, who likes anything crafty (a big jigsaw lover), outdoor swims, running, and spending time socialising in/out of the house.

I have recently moved into the property, and hope to stay for a year minimum but needing someone to fill the other room for the same amount of time. The room available is a spacious/light attic room, that is already furnished with some things, but can be negotiated. There will also be a spare room - for friends/family to stay or as a craft/storage room. There is a beautiful garden out the back, with a table/chairs and compost and herb garden which I hope to tend & would always appreciate someone green-fingered. There is a shower/bath, communal living room, dining room, and kitchen that is already furnished. There is plenty of storage, and on street parking. It has been decorated, but would be keen to decorate some spaces again to make it even more homely.

I have a little cat called Edna who is very sweet, and will give the occasional cuddle for treats.

I would ideally like to find someone who is like-minded, clean, kind, honest, and would be up for cooking together or being social, but also likes quiet, downtime as I do need my own space at times.

The cost would be £480 without bills, council tax band A and bills to be split in half.

The new housemate would need to go through referencing checks etc with the estate agent, and then be able to move in from the beginning of November.
