I am looking for a mature professional to share my house in the lovely area of Nether Edge.

I am a 60+ year old male who works part-time at the Hallamshire Hospital and likes walking in the Peak District, wild swimming and visiting the cinema and theatre.

The house is in a very good location in Nether Edge and is round the corner from some lovely cafes and shops.
There is a supermarket across the road and there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. There is an excellent gym nearby plus Meersbrook Park is a 10 minute walk. The main Abbeydale Road provides easy access to the city.

The property has a spacious lounge with large screen TV, fully fitted kitchen/diner and a bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom for rent is on two levels which provides lots of space. The sleeping part has a double bed and lots of storage space. Below is a good sized area with a desk and shelves.

All the furnishings in the house are new and of good quality. I am a keen DIYer so any issues I can resolve quickly.

Below the kitchen is another room which will be developed soon. This will be available for use as a second lounge or to put up occasional guests.
There is also an ample garden at the rear which benefits from a south facing aspect. This is a very nice place to relax when the weather is good. The cost of the room includes all bills, i. e. utilities, council tax, Broadband Internet and TVLicence. The property is council tax band A.
