Newly redecorated single room

This room has recently been newly repainted and re carpeted in a house that I originally bought for myself before moving in with my fiancée.

It is situated a short distance from the city centre and a 15 minutes drive from the Peak District. Not to mention the many incredible bars and restaurants all within a short walk, meaning you are never without something fun to do!

As I bought the house myself as a project initially I plan to keep making small improvements as time goes on to make it the best house possible. Redecorating is allowed upon request (at your own expense) and I hope you appreciate all I have done so far. There is a working log burner in the shared lounge but the whole house never drops below 16 degrees with bills included in the rent (including WiFi).

The two tenants are lovely guys who generally keep to themselves but would happily hang out, climb or play some guitar with anyone interested.
