Spacious attic room in Nether Edge

Hi! Im Azaria . We are looking for another girl to take over a room and join 3 girls in a lovely 4-bed house in Nether Edge. The room is available for the 1st August.

We’re ideally looking for a girl in the mid 20s/early 30s.
The house has quite an artistic edge: we’ve decorated with prints rugs and plants and other nice touches. We also have a back garden and we’ve planted flowers and herbs.
Ideally we’d be looking for a person who’s interested in a home to live in: someone who enjoys a film night on the sofa, as well as having their own space, and will happily contribute to sharing the responsibilities of making our house a home!

The house is quite spacious.
We have a living room, dining room and kitchen on the 1st floor.
Two rooms and a bathroom (with bath and shower) on the 2nd floor and two attic rooms.
The bathroom is only shared with another two persons because one of the bedrooms has an en-suite.
We’ve had new carpets fitted downstairs and a new fridge/freezer, and new countertops for the kitchen.

The room comes with a double bed, a built in clothes rail and a chest of drawers and was recently been freshly painted .

The house is sort of tucked away, in a quiet street only minutes away from Abbeydale Rd and Meersbrook in one side, Sharrow end Ecclesal Rd on the other side.

About the housemates:

Azaria, 28 yo is an Arts Programmer for the Sheffield Children’s Hospitals Charity, alongside some freelance work as an artist.
Cathy, 25 yo, works in a café and does freelance work in clothing repair/tailoring/product design.
Ruby, 24, is currently training to be a occupational therapist and works part time as a support worker.

Rent is £300 and we put approx £130-150 a month for bills.
